YouTube subscription revenue split likely to be less than 30% for creators - report

Creators on YouTube are likely to see less than 30% of revenues from the platform’s new subscription model, according to reports.

The proposed subscription plan - said to launch at some point this week - will allow consumers to subscribe to around 50 initial channels from YouTube Partners for around $1.99 (£1.28) per month, according to reports.
