Not a lot of point in wasting acres of space on what’s already been said about 2016, except to confirm that, yep, on the whole it was an absolute rotter for new music industry talent.

But let’s look for positives in the sheer amount of change that took place last year and the impact it will bring in 2017 – not just to music, but to the industry that makes it go round.
