BMG acquires legendary rock 'n' roll classics with ARC Music publishing catalogue

BMG has acquired a majority interest in the legendary ARC Music publishing catalogue, owned by Fuji Music Group (FMG).

The catalogue includes many of the greats of US blues and rock ‘n’ roll sons made famous by the likes of Chuck Berry, The Beach Boys, Bo Diddley, Howlin’ Wolf and John Lee Hooker.
 
BMG and FMG will work together to explore additional opportunities with the intention of creating a portfolio of evergreen copyrights.
