Commercial radio celebrates positive Rajar

The commercial sector took a 43.1% share in total listenership over the quarter, up 0.7 percentage points on Q2, against the BBC's 54.9%.

Of the Corporation's flagship music stations, Radio One lost share, falling from 10.0% in Q2 to 9.8%; Radio Two remained constant at 16.0%; 6 Music grew its share from 0.3% in Q2 to 0.4% and 1Xtra was pretty static at 0.3%.
