The news follows the major outsourcing its distribution and marketing in South East Asia to Warner.
That deal will see Warner market EMI's repertoire in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea and Thailand.
EMI recently posted a £757m loss in the year to March 31, with the company blaming the loss on "continued operational poor performance".
