Sharkey confident at ISPA conference

The five point MoU was struck at the end of the summer between the industry and BT, BSkyB, Carphone Warehouse, Virgin Media, Tiscali and Orange to help cut filesharing.

Accroding to an ISPA spokesman, Sharkey and those from the ISP community seemed optimistic that "some kind of agreement between rightholders and ISPs can be reached." He adds, "Everyone wants to work together to make legal online models work."
