The station, run by Henry Bonsu, previously of BBC London 94.9FM, and Gordon McNamee, who was responsible for the launch of Kiss FM, is intended to "bring a real alternative to the mainstream stations currently flooding the radio waves".
McNamee says, "It's time the capital had a new station, one that is fun and funky, entertaining and stimulating for the mind and the soul, and one that is completely different from the bland stations Londoners are currently being offered."
