Tories attack Mandelson plans

Speaking at the Trades Union Congress in Liverpool yesterday, Hunt accused the Business Secretary of going for the "soundbite" in suggesting last month that the possibility to suspend a subscriber's account should be added to the list of technical measures available to tackle P2P file sharing.
