Eminem publisher settles iTunes case

At the heart of the case was Eight Mile Style's claim that Aftermath Records did not have the authorisation to make the rapper's tracks available on sites like iTunes. Despite the publisher having previously sold the composition rights to Aftermath, it claimed that a separate negotiation was required for digital rights.
