Unearthed calls on Canadian connection

14:13 | Thursday November 5, 2009

Music Week is teaming up with the Canadian Independent Music Association for the next instalment of its Unearthed showcase night, taking place this Monday.

Canadian indie folk rock artist Dan Mangan and songwriter / rapper Kae Sun will both be appearing at the event, which takes place at the Pure Groove record store in London on Monday November 9 from 7pm.

Mangan and Sun, both fresh from performing at Dubai Soundcity, will perform 20-minute acoustic sets. Entry is free.

The event is an extension of the Canadian Independent Music Association’s Canadian Blast showcases, with CIMA promoting Canadian artists playing at festivals across Europe and the Middle East, as well as promoting tours.

Pure Groove is at 5-6 West Smithfield, London EC1.
