Live Music Bill slips on order list

Clement-Jones' private members Bill proposes to introduce a licensing exception to allow venues with a capacity of 200 persons or less to put on live music without a licence. He also wants to reintroduce the two-in-the-bar rule.

The Bill, which now has support from the Conservatives, was presented to the Commons on February 9 February for the First Reading when there was no debate.
