LimeWire ordered to shut down sharing functionality

Judge Kimba Wood issued an injunction that forces LimeWire to close off "the searching, downloading, uploading, file trading and/or file distribution functionality, and/or all functionality" following a protracted series of cases and appeals in its court battle with RIAA dating back to August 2006.
