Crystal Entertainment CEO Charles Garland becomes COO of Syco Entertainment and will oversee the day-to-day running of the company.

Syco Entertainment SVP operations and international Simon Jones has been promoted to COO of Syco Television, USA, where he will oversee all of Syco's TV operations in the US.

Both Jones and Garland will report directly to the Syco board and Syco founder Simon Cowell.
