GaGa tops US albums chart

The predicted debut of GaGa's Born This Way at number one on the Billboard 200 has created many talking points this week, not least because its first-week sale of 1,108,000, makes it the first album to open with seven figures since Taylor Swift's Fearless last November and the best start since 50 Cent's The Massacre sold 1,141,000 units when it debuted at one in March 2005.
