Espinel is charged with developing and implementing the Administration's overall strategy for the enforcement of intellectual property and was nominated to the role by Barack Obama in 2009.

She will join Google VP for southern and eastern Europe, Carlo d'Asaro Biondo, European Commissioner for internal market and services Michel Barnier and CISAC VP Herve Di Rosa at the conference which is set to take place in Brussels on June 8.
