Universal extends publishing deal with Metallica

The major first started representing the band in 1988, and the deal excludes North America and Japan.

Universal Music Publishing president of Europe and UK Paul Connolly said he was thrilled Metallica was staying with the organisation and added, "Metallica are one of the biggest selling bands of all time and have created a phenomenal body of work during the last three decades."
