Lil Wayne waiting to take The Game's crown

The Game's third chart-topping album following 2005's The Documentary and 2007's Doctor's Advocate sold 98,000 copies last week, the lowest sales for a brand new number one album since Amos Lee's The Mission Bell debuted at the top at the beginning of February after shifting 45,000 copies. However, Adele's 19 has on three occasions sold fewer copies than R.E.D. as it returned to the top of the chart.
