Universal lawsuit against Grooveshark up to $150,000 per infringement

Billboard.biz obtained a statement from UMG that revealed claims that 'Grooveshark's senior management and employees "have personally uploaded tens of thousands of recordings to the service in clear violation of the law."'

Grooveshark has licenses with some labels but not with UMG.
