The agreement is described as "a multi-layered deal" with Universal marketing and distributing Dirtee Stank releases.
The first releases under the deal will come through Universal's Island label and will include Dizzee's fifth studio album, set for release in the third quarter of 2012.
Island will also be home to new Dirtee Stank signing Katie Pepper, who appeared on Sky TV's Music Be The Music programme, where Dizzee was a judge.
