UK government agency threatens illegal downloaders with '10 years in prison'

However, Government's SOCA group has claimed that the owners of the site have now been arrested for fraud.
Each visitor to the site now has their IP address displayed on screen, over a message which reads:
"SOCA has taken control of this domain name.
