Radiohead criticises secondary ticketing, partners with 'fair' fan-to-fan service

The Ticket Trust - established in 2011 by the UK Association of Independent Festivals (AIF) and UK-based Sandbag - aims to offer an alternative to the secondary ticket market by allowing fans to buy and sell tickets at face value plus a handling fee, capped at 10%, payable to the buyer.
