EMI sues Def Jam Rapstar video game creators

The complaint lists 54 infringed songs in total and demands $150,000 for each, according to Billboard.biz.

Def Jam Rapstar developers 4mm Games and Terminal Reality are both co-defendents in the lawsuit and were both notified about the publisher's need to account for royalties but no action was taken, according to EMI.
