Its departure from the UK airwaves is due to a contractual dispute with Digital One, the owner of the transmission network.
Amazing Radio came on the air in June 2009, replacing the birdsong channel. As a nod to that birth, Amazing Radio's final few hours on the air will consist of birdsong.
The station still says it can expand around the world, with new terrestrial stations planned for the USA later this year.
