As part of the programme, UK acts Friendly Fires, Mylo and Joe Goddard of Hot Chip will each be given a £10,000 bursary to be used to mentor their chosen artists.
The established artists will showcase their selected acts at a 150th birthday party thrown by Bacardi in London on July 10.
The first mentee to be confirmed is London born vocalist Jessie Ware, who will be working with Joe Goddard.
