Official Charts Analysis: Trainor matches Clean Bandit for longest-running No.1 single of 2014

Meghan Trainor's All About That Bass enjoys an easy fourth week atop the singles chart on sales of 82,163 copies (including 14,226 streaming sales). It thus equals the longest consecutive run at the top this year, set by Clean Bandit's Rather Be (feat. Jess Glynne) in February/March, and is the first number one by a female solo artist to sustain for this long since Carly Rae Jepsen's debut smash Call Me Maybe in April/May 2012.
