Talking points from Morrissey’s show at Manchester Arena last weekend were plentiful. There was his omission of David Bowie while paying tribute to celebrities who had died in 2016, the lack of Smiths songs in the setlist (two) and his return to the stage a mere 11 months after his self-proclaimed “last UK concert” to digest.
