BitTorrent to 'monetise torrent ecosystem' with DJ Shadow partnership
BiTorrent and DJ Shadow have announced a partnership that the tech company believes could ‘monetise the entire torrent ecosystem’.
BitTorrent and DJ Shadow, alongside digital marketing company Fame House will launch a ‘BitTorrent Bundle’ containing exclusive content and tracks from DJ Shadow’s Hidden Transmissions From The MPC Era (1992-1996).
Importantly, this is the first BitTorrent Bundle to feature a free software offer – for a media player, for example - from one of the company’s advertising partners alongside music content. ...
