Universal Music Germany and local broadcaster Viva struck an agreement last year that that music TV channel would play 50 videos in its "Newcomer" rotation slot during the next 12 months in exchange for a payment of Euros18,000 per track plus Euros0.20 of any related album unit sales, according to the magazine.
