Handle Recruitment is searching for a Digital Accounts Coordinator for this major record label based in West London.
You will be responsible for the coordination of artist and label operational initiatives and activities globally across a number of digital partners, including Sound Cloud and YouTube.
Key Duties:
- Regular communication with labels and affiliates globally
- Manage linking of all profiles across Sound Cloud, YouTube, and other profile-based partners
- Manage invitations, permissions, and access to Sound Cloud, YouTube, and other partner content management systems
- Regular monitoring and analysis of Sound Cloud & YouTube profiles
- Optimisation of metadata as necessary
- Claiming videos for a number of labels or territories
- Monitor files within Sound Cloud content management system to ensure proper monetisation or policing of user-generated content
- Assist labels with the removal of unauthorised user uploads
- Work closely with profile-based partners and content owners to resolve ownership and claim disputes
- Work with Sales Analysis to generate, maintain, and distribute reports from profile-based partners
- Assist territories that are engaged in shared selling with trafficking their campaigns when needed
Key Skills / Experience:
- General working knowledge of digital music rights
- Proven experience within digital music accounts
- Good communication skills
- Must be analytical and process orientated
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Effective organisational skills
- Strong research and presentation skills
- Broad understanding of digital/mobile video experience, rights, and user activities
