It’s an exciting time at Oxfam. Ambitious development plans are underway for how we engage more people to support Oxfam and lift many more lives out of poverty.

Oxfam is much loved by music lovers and the music industry. We have the most incredible brand, and achieve the most incredible things for people all over the world. But there is much more to do, and we know that if we can mobilise music lovers and the music industry in the right way, we can make a real step change for people. We now need the right person to join us and make it all happen!

There are solid foundations on which to build. We have a significant presence at all the key festivals across the UK, and Oxjam, our own grassroots music festival engages hundreds of thousands of people each year. But there is much more to do.

The Role

Location: Oxford / Bristol but London considered 

A passionate leader you will mobilise the organisation to develop and implement Oxfam's music strategy to engage the music community to support Oxfam.

You will inspire the music loving UK public to ‘take part’ and do something for Oxfam, by developing and leading an enticing music product portfolio and accompanying
marketing strategies.

You will develop and lead a high performing team of passionate fundraisers to drive the product portfolio raising £millions.
