Founded in 2008, Enhanced Music is an independent record label and publisher based in London. Releasing across various electronic, dance and commercial genres, the company has an international outlook, with the majority of its artists and sales being abroad. Encompassing 6 labels, over 1500 releases, and now a standalone publishing division, Enhanced has seen global success and is highly regarded within the industry today.
Enhanced is looking for a new member to join the team as a Label Assistant. You will report directly to the Label Manager.
Main Roles include:
- Daily dealings with the Enhanced team, artists and managers to coordinate releases
- Working with distributors and label partners to coordinate releases
- Creation of releases within the label management system
- Dealings with DSP’s over release matters
- Catalogue management
- Working with the publishing team over new signings and clearances
- Process licensing requests and outgoing pitches
- Weekly update reports to all key stakeholders
- Artist royalty accounting
Key Skills / Experience:
- At least 1-2 years experience
- Good knowledge of the industry and standard processes
- A broad knowledge across multiple genres but in particular electronic music
- Highly organized, self motivated and driven
- Ability to cope with fast paced, high pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT Skills
Salary competitive but dependent on experience within the industry.
