Online Content Co-ordinator

About the job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our small team based in Hammersmith, London.

This broad role covers all online elements of content organisation and CRM population and management. Additional responsibilities will include e-shot delivery (with light HTML / Graphics work with SEO in mind), customer service and liaising with guitar builders and clients internationally.

The ideal candidate will posses strong organisational skills, be very personable and comfortable on the phone and face-to-face, have social media experience, technical know-how, an eye for detail and high literacy and numeracy skills. A passion for music and knowledge of guitars is preferred.

This is a key role to the company and the candidate must be skilled in prioritising and a very quick learner.

Founded in 2010, The North American Guitar acts as a conduit between the guitar builder and player. They specialise in hand-crafted, bespoke instruments from some of the finest guitar luthiers in the world and exclusive, prestige events where the guitar and its players take centre stage.

They are acknowledged as experts in the field of lutherie within the guitar community, often holding lectures internationally about the guitar building process.
