Proud Camden :: Promotions Manager & Assistant Promotions Manager

Proud Camden is looking for experienced, well connected, enthusiastic, and extremely organized music loving people to head up the promotions team. There are two roles available that involve booking DJs and bands also running and booking our sub-promoter teams. 

The role: 
We currently have two full time vacancies working in our office Monday to Friday. You will be working in a team of 3 covering all promotional activity of our Camden venue you will be particularly responsible for the programming and overseeing of our weekly in house events and bringing in external promoters for other nights. You will also be expected to work closely alongside our external promoters ensuring all events are planned and marketed on time and bring in new promoters when needed. 

• The ideal candidate would possess minimum 3 years working for a similar establishment doing a similar role with references from your previous employers. Less experience will be considered for the promotions assistant role.
• A sound knowledge of the London live and club promoter music circuit. Please explain in your cover letter your connections to the London music scene.
• Good people and organizational skills. 
• Strong drive and pro-activity. 
• Common sense and great lateral thinking. 
• Internet savvy / Social media skills. 
• Good knowledge of Marketing and PR. 
• Be able to manage a team and manage a significant work load by delegating correctly.
