We are seeking an enthusiastic, versatile, proactive, organised and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and facilitation skills able to work as part of a small team and to take up the challenge of the pivotal role in our London office spanning A&G Songs and A&GSync as our Publishing and Licensing Coordinator.
The role is multi-faceted encompassing many areas and ensuring the smooth running of the administration side of the company with the occasional creative input and opportunities within the business. Tasks will range from providing general administration / co-ordination duties for both the London and Los Angeles offices as well as liaising with A&G’s partners throughout the world, managing content, distributing new materials and communicating with the team, website management and social media awareness. It will also include working with both PRS, BMI and ASCAP for title registration and copyright needs, and maintaining the general running of the office.
Applicants are required to have good knowledge of a wide range of computer software including excellent Excel and Word skills plus a keen ear for and open minded attitude towards music. Photoshop and HTML code knowledge is desirable as some tasks will require the use of both. The chosen candidate will also be practised in raising social media awareness and maintaining a constant connection between the company and our clients.
Preferably you will have some knowledge of the industry with a background in working with a music company active within music synchronisation and/or publishing but we are open to new industry applicants as well.
