Renowned Artist Management company seeks Senior Artist Digital Manager to work across an exciting, international artist roster and join their busy London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate music individual to deliver innovative and creative digital campaigns for a truly global roster.
The candidate will work closely with the day to day Artist Managers to deliver the very best Music Marketing campaigns on behalf of their artists, and lead on all digital strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate label marketing and digital teams to drive and deliver a strong, successful and creative digital marketing campaign
- Confidence in leading digital strategy on behalf of our artists
- Ability to think big and push global success
- Work closely with artists to teach them the best practice online, and to collate content from artists to deliver to socials
- Working closely as part of an exciting team, and leading digital team members/interns when necessary
- Good understanding of writing copy & tone of voice to deliver the best online presence for our artists
- Familiarity with basic content management systems
- Ability to work well as part of a team alongside the day to day managers across marketing campaigns
- Work with third party brands and parties where necessary to cover off digital requirements of artists
- Analyse social stats and reports to best guide the digital strategy
- Confidently represent the Artist with regards to digital in meetings
- Keep up to date with digital trends, new tech and key artist campaigns through independent research
The Person
- 5+ years of previous digital experience (music experience a plus)
- Proven experience in running global digital campaigns
- Easy going and flexible
- Hardworking and passionate about digital and music
- A team player
- Understanding of high-profile clients
