In a fast-paced role within a dynamic live events business, you will be responsible for developing, managing and delivering a complete, strategic marketing campaign for summer festival/s. With an overall brief to sell the maximum tickets to the event, but moreover to position the event as a leading summer festival brand.
Managing direct relationships with promoters, relevant record labels and artist managers, associated sponsors and appointed media and PR agencies; you will create and manage the festival marketing campaign to create and deliver the festival brand strategy.
Working alongside key internal stakeholders such as the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing team to produce a comprehensive online and social media strategy; the Ticketing team to assist in the development of additional sales, monitor budgets and modify campaigns to maximise sales; and the Sales and Partnerships team to provide the event with sponsorship support.
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the Music and Live Entertainment industry, with team management experience and knowledge of venue, promoter or record label marketing.
Additionally you will have proven project management skills including analytics, national and local media buying, the ability to manage substantial, complex budgets, and a thorough knowledge of UK media, including press, radio, TV and digital.
