Dice expands into France

Music discovery and ticketing app Dice has announced its expansion into France.

Dice France’s first partnership will be with creative hub Le Consulat, while it is also set to link up with Pop-Up Du Label, home of Pete The Monkey Festival.

Phil Hutcheon, CEO of Dice, said: “We’re so excited about launching in Paris. We’ve been working on this for a while to make sure it’s perfect for Parisians. The live scene is huge and we’re so honored to work with some of the most influential players in the world.”

Dice France will also be announcing gigs for acts including King Princess, Death Grips, Khruangbin, Anna Calvi and Justice in the near future.

A Pop Up Du Label rep said: “The live music scene is nothing without the fans, which is why we’ve taken another step to make their gig experience as epic as possible. We’re delighted to be one of the first venues using Dice’s mobile only tickets  - and we’re sure there’ll be plenty more to follow.”

Earlier this year, Dice confirmed a trio of new appointments as part of the company's global expansion. The firm moved into the US last year.

Last week, Dice announced a partnership with East London venue Troxy, which has become the world’s biggest mobile-only and now tout-proof venue as a result.
