The company behind the High Definition (HD) festival has gone into liquidation, days after the event was cancelled due to licensing issues.
The electronic music festival had been due to take place at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood, Kent, from September 5-6, featuring acts such as Luciano, Pendulum and Gorgon City.
