Elton John, Madness, Status Quo, Gregory Porter, LeAnn Rimes, Jamie Lawson, Andreya Triana and Travis will all perform for the 50,000-strong crowd in the park, to be broadcast live on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Red Button, BBC iPlayer and the Radio 2 website.
Jeff Smith, head of music for Radio 2, says: “Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park has become a spectacular celebration of music from some of the world’s best-loved musicians. The incredible line-up of artists represents the broad range of music played on Radio 2 every day from jazz to rock, country to pop.
