Birmingham-based The Ticket Factory (TTF) and NEC Group Arenas have launched an online booking service for disabled customers.

Previously, disabled customers were required to call a separate booking line and were unable to book online because ticket agents needed to understand the details of their disability before verifying those needs for any special requirements.
