SFX in negotiations over Beatport sale

Bankrupt EDM promoter SFX Entertainment is in talks to sell Beatport as it attempts to reduce its debts. According to a court filing, SFX has spoken with 24 interested parties, of which 18 signed non-disclosure agreements and are performing due diligence.
