Tinie Tempah has spoken exclusively to Music Week about the “nurturing” ethos of his new company, which operates as a music publisher, management company and creative agency.

Imhotep, named after an ancient Egyptian architect and high priest, is a multi-disciplinary operation that represents musicians, producers, designers, artists and models from the early stages of their career.
