BBC and BPI will 'reinvent the purpose of the Prize,' says Shennan

The Hyundai Mercury Prize has implemented a number of key changes ahead of its 2016 outing following “a year of transition” in 2015, according to Bob Shennan, controller, BBC Radio 2, 6 Music, Asian Network and director of BBC Music.
