Ashley Charles (pictured), widely known as Amplify Dot (A.Dot), has been appointed as an A&R consultant at Parlophone Records UK.

Reporting to Nathan Thompson and Elias Christidis, directors of A&R, Parlophone Records UK, Charles will be responsible for finding and signing emerging talent for the label’s roster.
