BPI acts after sampling complaints

The album was compiled by DJ Sanj and the BPI says it has received a number of complaints concerning unauthorised use of  music on it. Hi Tech is distributing the album and the BPI warns that if it does not respond to the concerns it has raised it may proceed with legal action to prevent further sales.
