Breyon Prescott has been named head of urban A&R at Epic Records.

In the role, announced by Epic Records chairman and CEO L.A. Reid, Prescott will be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing new and existing talent for the label in addition to managing the urban A&R team. The exec will also bring his Chameleon Entertainment imprint to the label.
