The family of Grammy-nominated UK record producer Chris Tsangarides say his condition is improving after he was hospitalised with Legionnaires’ disease.

Tsangarides, who has worked with acts including Black Sabbath, Depeche Mode, Judas Priest and Thin Lizzy, was admitted to his local hospital in Kent a fortnight ago with pneumonia symptoms. This turned out to be Legionnaires’ disease, which he is thought to have contracted while travelling the previous week on business.
