HMV’s flagship store in Scotland is set to close within the next week.

Located on Buchanan Street in Glasgow, the store is expected to relocate to another site in the same area soon.

Announcing the news on Twitter, a spokesperson said: “Sad news to announce for all our customers and staff: our store is closing. Good news: we are relocating in the future, more info soon.

"We are sad to be leaving this site too, lots of great instore signings ...
