Vince Power has hit back at claims that Hop Farm owed £4.8 million in outstanding fees when his company went into administration.
Kent News reported at the beginning of the week that creditors for last year’s Hop Farm Festival include the Paddock Wood site, which was owed more than £163,000, and Kent Police, which was owed more than £22,000.
It also said that Peter Gabriel was owed £100,000 and Suede £46,000.
But Power says that the loss report is inaccurate.
