Present at today's meeting with Commissioner Mandelson are Dramatico Entertainment chairman Mike Batt, Sony BMG chief operating officer Tim Bowen, EMI Music International chairman and CEO JF Cecillon, Universal A&R executive vice president Max Hole and IFPI chairman and CEO John Kennedy.
